Meet

Camille Davis

CEO

Camille began investing in single family real estate in 2011. Since then she has done over 250 real estate transactions to include fix & flips, subject-to, wholesaling, owner financing, buy and holds. She currently holds 40 properties under management for cash flow, appreciation, tax advantages, and depreciation.

She is the CEO of Women’s Wealth Collective, LLC where she and her team hold monthly meet-ups. It’s through WWC that ladies have an opportunity to be empowered through real estate and business education. She is co-owner of KC Construction, LLC and is also a Real Estate developer.

Her latest venture is helping home owners who have difficulty selling their homes due to deferred maintenance. Her construction company will do the renovation, get the home ready for the market at the highest appropriate value, and then get paid when the home sells.

Camille has been an Airbnb host since 2018 where she is taking advantage of the booming short term rental market in Houston.

While raising 4 children, serving selflessly in her church, attending the CrossFit gym 5-6 times a week, and living the life of her dreams with her husband, Camille has a true passion for real estate investing and helping others do the same

Meet

KYLE DAVIS

COO

Kyle is originally from Mississippi and graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1998. He
has worked as a Kinesiotherapist for the Veterans Health Administration since graduation and has
supervised the Aquatic Therapy program at the Houston VA hospital since 2007.

Since the inception of KC Living in 2011, Kyle quickly understood that his assistance, exceptional
customer service and overall organizational skills were needed on a more consistent basis as the
business grew. Not only does Kyle enjoy rehabbing people, but he has also found that rehabbing
houses is also a passion.

Kyle has been a licensed realtor since July 2021. He did over $6 million in sales in just that first year and
has shown no signs of slowing down. He absolutely loves helping people sell and buy their homes.

As far as why one would want to hire KC Living, Kyle plays a major role. His great attention to detail,
innate desire for punctuality and honesty are just a couple of reasons.

While trying to keep a good life balance, you can find Kyle either managing KC Living’s rental portfolio,
making sure rehab & flip projects are running smoothly and on time, or spending time with his wife and
kids. This is keeping Kyle young and constantly on his toes.
